Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert advice, and support software usage, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.

This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring 20+ hours weekly. You will connect with clients, grow the local client base, and deliver end-to-end TurboTax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and drive community engagement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for holistic client service.
