Job summary

Intuit is seeking ready-to-work TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate on-site at a TurboTax location, handling personal and business tax needs with accuracy and care. You will collaborate with a broader team to provide end-to-end tax solutions and community outreach, building trust and referrals.

The role emphasizes in-person service, ongoing training, and a local market growth mindset, with a schedule primarily 20+ hours per week at a local office.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
