Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation onsite and support clients with complex scenarios. You will collaborate with specialists and act as the local face for TurboTax, driving client growth and delivering a best-in-class experience.

Provide accurate tax solutions, engage with the community, and expand the local customer base while leveraging Intuit marketing tools and resources for long-term prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training provided.
• Onsite availability from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at a TurboTax office.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for turboTax clients.
• Deliver end-to-end tax services and connect clients with specialists as needed.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Maintain high service levels and a best-in-class customer experience.
