Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at a local TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support with a team of specialists.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting client relationships, and provide a best-in-class customer experience while meeting on-site hours and training requirements.

Competenze

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete training and professional development; may include cross-training of other products.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; create tax-related content per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
