Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a new TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate complex financial situations about personal and business taxes.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local client base, lead community outreach, and collaborate with specialists to offer full-intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active tax licenses and preparation credentials required.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to learn bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location; 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for complete financial solutions.
• Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual client experiences.
• Participate in training and upskilling programs.
