Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and collaborate with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end client experiences. This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, local growth, and cross-service referrals within the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Expert tax knowledge across personal and business returns.
• Active PTIN and relevant tax preparation credentials.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, building local client base and relationships with marketing support.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support clients in-person and via video tools.
