Job summary

Intuit is seeking diligent TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with local communities to grow the TurboTax client base.

This role emphasizes end-to-end client service within a collaborative team and offers strong benefits and growth opportunities. The position requires on-site presence, evenings/weekends during peak tax season, and a customer-first

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with tax software; Circular 230 knowledge.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
Onsite TurboTax office work; 20 hours/week minimum; scheduling may vary.
Willing to wear uniforms and participate in marketing; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business income.
Grow local client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
