Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax offices. You will build relationships, grow the client base, and connect clients with Intuit solutions for year‑round support.

The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client interactions, community outreach, and collaboration with a team of tax professionals to deliver comprehensive financial guidance.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office during 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year‑round support.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through attentive service and trust.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video engagements.
