Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location, serving local and online clients. You will handle personal and small business returns, deductions, and amendments, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

The role emphasizes building local client relationships and participating in community outreach, with training and advancement opportunities within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income and deductions.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver future tax planning advice with team support.
• Build local client base through outreach and events.
