Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Training Coordinator to support LMS training activities onsite in Scarborough, ME. The role focuses on maintaining training records, ensuring CGMP/compliance, and collaborating with the Operations Training Supervisor on priority projects.

The candidate will enter and review documents, track training requirements, and adapt to changing needs while delivering accurate results in a regulated environment. 40-hour weeks, with overtime at time-and-a-half as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree or higher in manufacturing or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a professional environment.
• Experience with CGMP and GDP practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently or in a team and manage priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and document control skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit training records, both paper and electronic.
• Review and enter training documents into the site Document Control System.
• Support training objectives with the Operations Training Supervisor on priority projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track employee training requirements and ensure timely completion.
• Demonstrate professional behavior with internal/external contacts and stakeholders.
• Recognize when tasks exceed capability and escalate as needed.
• Flex to changing needs and project scope with minimal guidance.
