Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Spanish and English.
• Clear written and verbal communication to support training docs, audits, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a training plan for project roles.
• Identify applicable training procedures and create a training matrix.
• Maintain a training matrix indicating who must be trained on SOPs.
• Coordinate learning plans with site training personnel.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure personnel are trained for activities.
• Coordinate training sessions as needed.
• Onboard project resources ensuring learning plan, Beeline, safety, site access, and device compliance.
