Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Winchester, KY, is seeking a Training Specialist I to coordinate, develop, implement, and maintain site-wide training programs. The role supports onboarding, GMP compliance, and workforce development, working with Production, Quality, Safety, and HR to ensure effective training and compliant records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with GMP or life sciences exposure.
• Experience documenting training programs and audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate new employee orientation programs.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure timely onboarding requirements.
• Deliver GMP, safety, quality, and compliance training.
• Maintain training records in the Learning Management System.
• Generate training metrics and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Safety groups.
