Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Westbrook, ME is seeking a Training Support Specialist to join the Quality Assurance and Training team. This on-site role supports global sites, ensures timely employee training, and tracks metrics in the LMS.

The position runs 8 AM to 5 PM, is a 15+ month contract, and pays $30–$33 per hour. The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field, strong communication, and experience with regulated environments.

Qualifications

• BS in Education, Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with training in a regulated environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of QMS and ISO/FDA standards is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely employee training by routing documents and scheduling classes.
• Gather data and report training metrics to management for compliance and improvement.
• Maintain and update training records in the LMS.
• Support development and revision of training materials and curricula.
• Coordinate instructors, materials, and training spaces for effective sessions.
