Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC is seeking a Life Safety Systems Construction Manager to lead onsite electrical life safety coordination on large hi-tech projects in Childress, TX. You will manage subcontractors, review documentation, and drive startup and commissioning activities for fire alarm, mass notification, detection, and related low voltage systems.

The role requires 5+ years of electrical construction experience on industrial/high-tech projects, a relevant degree, and full onsite work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience on industrial/high-tech projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field work experience.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Childress, TX and pass a drug/alcohol screen; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee life safety electrical subcontractor and vendor installation work daily and support startup activities.
• Coordinate MEP systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements within the project design.
• Lead startup meetings with multiple stakeholders to drive system startup activities.
• Review and ensure project submittals are accurate and complete for startup readiness.
• Provide status, risk, and mitigation updates to CBC leadership and clients.
