Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC is seeking an LSS Construction Manager – Consultant to lead life safety electrical scope on large hi-tech projects. This role is fully onsite in Childress, TX and interfaces with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to mitigate technical issues.

The candidate should have 5+ years in electrical construction with low voltage life safety experience, strong coordination skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years electrical construction experience on industrial/high-tech projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Childress, TX and pass a pre-employment screen.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage life safety systems and codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee life safety electrical subcontractor and vendor installation work daily to ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate MEP systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements.
• Interface between Area Construction Managers and multiple subcontractors for system startups.
• Review submittals and ensure accuracy and functionality of components.
• Organize training for client personnel on operations and maintenance.
• Publish meeting minutes and status updates to CBC leadership.
