Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting LLC seeks a Security Construction Manager – Consultant to lead the onsite security and telecom electrical team on large hi-tech projects in Childress, TX. You will ensure installation quality, coordinate with design and construction teams, and drive problem-solving on complex low voltage systems.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical construction for security/telecom, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work onsite with flexible hours to meet project

Qualifications

• 5+ years electrical construction experience on hi-tech projects (security/telecom/structured cabling).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Thorough understanding of telecom and security systems construction, able to interpret documents and manuals.
• Able to work fully onsite in Childress, TX; U.S. work authorization; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecom and security systems electrical subcontractor work daily and support startup activities.
• Verify documentation complete and equipment readiness for startup.
• Coordinate MEP systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements.
• Review and process project submittals for accuracy and functionality.
• Organize training of client personnel in operations and maintenance of systems.
• Assist in estimating telecom and security budgets and manage subcontractor contracts.
• Publish meeting minutes and updates to CBC leadership and client.
• Provide technical advisory at the onsite field office.
