Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC seeks a Life Safety Systems (LSS) Superintendent – Consultant to lead field operations on a major hi-tech project in Childress, TX. You will supervise low voltage subcontractors, manage scheduling, QA/QC, RFIs, and safety, reporting to Electrical Project Superintendent and Electrical Construction Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in life safety and low voltage construction, OSHA 30, and proven on-site leadership on large industrial builds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of low voltage electrical construction experience with life safety scope.
• OSHA 30 certification and ability to work fully onsite in Childress, TX.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management or equivalent field work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents, low voltage subcontractors, and discipline teams.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust the project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittals for client and architect.
• Ensure safety protocols and provide a safe work environment.
• Support life safety system startup, testing and turnover documentation.
