Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting LLC seeks a Security Superintendent – Consultant to lead security and telecom scope on large hi-tech construction projects, onsite in Childress, TX. You will supervise low voltage trades, manage scheduling, QA/QC, RFIs, and foster a safe work environment.

Role requires 5+ years in low voltage construction, OSHA 30, and US work authorization; collaboration with clients, architects, and trades is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of low voltage electrical construction experience, including security, telecom, or structured cabling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience as noted.
• OSHA 30 certification and ability to work fully onsite in Childress, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents, low voltage electrical subcontractors, and other discipline subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust the project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs (requests for information) and submittal materials for review with the client and architect.
• Manage and abide by all safety protocols, and provide a safe work environment for the project team.
• Provide resolution to design and constructability issues.
• Respond to client requests and issues and develop resolutions to problems using technical expertise.
