Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide literature, information, and handouts.
• Demonstrate models, discuss floor plans, construction, and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Refer financing questions to KBHS lender and manage related process.
• Document sales, follow up on loan applications, and monitor closings.
• Conduct weekly follow-up calls with buyers through closing.
• Maintain clean, attractive sales models and community signage.
