The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid Nevada real estate license, sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Social media savvy is a plus; the role is field-based with a flexible schedule and weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Previous experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Action-oriented with the drive to push sales to successful closure.
• Customer-centric approach, seeking solutions from the customer's perspective.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate accurately and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide literature and information.
• Respond to customer requests for further assistance or information.
• Demonstrate models, homes, and sites, discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Refer financing questions to KBHS lender; document sales and loan follow-ups.
• Follow up with buyers weekly until closing.
• Keep sales models and community well-maintained and clean.
• Keep marketing materials up to date and ready for distribution.
• Generate new prospects through networking and referrals.
• Create CMA and data-driven insights to sell homes.
• Contact brokers and conduct presentations to attract them.
• Host grand openings and community events.
