Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required and candidates should excel in customer service and sales processes.

The role involves showing units, processing leases, following up on leads, and supporting retention programs while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic understanding of on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase property traffic and leasing.
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and community events.
