Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations. Conduct on-site showings, tours, and sign leases.
• Maintain regular/daily on-site attendance.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
