Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Consultant for Southland Station Apartments in Warner Robins, GA. You will handle leasing, resident relations, and marketing coordination to drive occupancy and revenue at the community.

As the primary contact for prospects and residents, you will lead tours, manage applications, coordinate move-ins, and respond to concerns. A strong service mindset and teamwork are essential in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to learn property management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications and perform background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages to ensure smooth onboarding of residents.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate any items with maintenance.
