Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective residents and to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our on-site property in Aiken, SC. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages.

You will also inspect units, assist with move-in readiness, and develop short- and long-term marketing plans while using Yardi to manage data and occupancy metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Leasing experience is a plus and customer service mindset is essential.
• Strong organizational and computer skills with MS Office.
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus and a valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals: greet prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and run credit/background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package for a smooth signing and onboarding.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any maintenance items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Utilize Yardi to track availability, leasing activity, and resident data; address resident concerns promptly.
