Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing/sales performance and managing operations.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Strong team player, autonomous and ownership-focused.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing goals and occupancy targets, supporting Community Manager as needed.
• Shape local marketing and leasing strategies with marketing and market data.
• Monitor website/email traffic and ensure timely follow-up of leads.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
• Coordinate showings, inspections, and move-in/move-out processes.
