Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Manager in Acworth, GA to lead leasing and reservations activities, drive occupancy, and maximize revenue. You will manage the leasing team, coordinate with marketing, and ensure a welcoming, safe community for residents.

You will monitor market data, use Yardi and other systems to generate reports, respond to inquiries, handle move-ins/outs, and oversee inspections, rent collection, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing/sales performance and managing operations.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members and deliver service excellence.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collaborates with marketing to implement local campaigns based on market data.
• Generates and analyzes leasing reports and monitors unit availability.
• Oversees on-site inquiries, pricing, and concessions, and manages move-ins/outs.
• Handles rent collection, arrears, and promotes resident retention.
• Coordinates inspections, evictions, and show-ready unit readiness.
• Supports training and performance development for team members.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and fair housing laws.
