Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Frederick, MD is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct onsite tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering excellent service to current residents.

You will participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, tour the community and vacant units with prospects, and stay informed on unit availability, rental rates, notices, and Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests and relay to the Service Team.
