Job summary

Asset Living in El Paso, TX, seeks a Temporary Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, with duties including tours, lead generation, and lease signings.

Responsibilities include closing sales, completing paperwork, and maintaining accurate leasing data. You will support marketing efforts and respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring resident satisfaction and contributing to retention

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• OSHA requirements knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale; conduct appointments, tours, and follow up.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
