Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at the on-site property. The role requires regular on-site presence, showing units, touring communities, and signing leases to ensure positive resident experience.

Responsibilities include closing sales, lead generation, maintaining prospect traffic data within 24 hours, and assisting in marketing plans and market surveys to optimize property performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain resident relations at the property.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required; show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and follow-up.
• Maintain leasing data and respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
