Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage on-site leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a multifamily property. Regular on-site presence and direct showings are required. The role involves qualifying prospects, tours, lease signings, and maintaining leasing data.

The position includes collaboration on retention efforts and marketing plans to drive traffic. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Use marketing strategies to increase property traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Provide resident relations and address complaints to ensure satisfaction.
