Greystar seeks a Leasing Associate for NOVEL Morrisville, NC to coordinate sales, tours, applications, and move‑ins, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction in a busy lease‑up community.

Onsite role with schedule Mon–Fri plus rotating weekends; responsibilities include marketing, renewals, and using property software to track traffic and leasing activity, while enjoying robust benefits and a team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property management.
• Ability to screen applicants and process leases.
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns to drive occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and leasing activity.
