Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities: greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities and online outreach to drive traffic.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards for quality and appeal.
• Follow up with prospects and renew residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Assist in lease renewal processes and timely signing of documents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and issues.
