Qualifications

• Experience performing lease sales and prospect screening.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects and coordinate tours and applications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Schedule and conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Maintain show units and ensure move-in readiness and quality.
