Greystar in Arlington, VA is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to manage leasing activities, greet prospects, process applications, screen credits and background checks, and prepare move-in packages to achieve occupancy goals.

The role requires ability to inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, implement marketing plans, follow policies for concessions, and maintain accurate tenant records using OneSite or Yardi; on-site schedule includes evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in leasing and property management is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.
• Proven ability to greet prospects and close leases.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in ready units.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.
