Greystar seeks a Leasing Agent in Arlington, VA to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, touring apartments, processing applications, and preparing move-in packages to ensure a smooth leasing process.

You will use OneSite/Yardi, inspect show units for quality, follow up with prospects, support lease renewals, and collaborate with maintenance and on-site teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifikationen

• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package, and facilitate smooth move-in and signing.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready, inspect units, and coordinate with maintenance to address issues.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Use on-site PM software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activities and to capture resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards via daily inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Follow up with prospects/new residents to confirm decisions to lease or renew.
• Prepare lease renewal letters/packages and engage renewing residents before move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner concerns and document/relay requests to appropriate parties.
