Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing coordinator in Arlington, VA to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for residential communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins, with a focus on occupancy and revenue targets.

You will use site software to track availability, support marketing plans, and follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licenses as required by state/local jurisdictions
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, emails, etc.).
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, and manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with letters and renewal packages.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests.
