Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, working with the Community Manager to hit occupancy goals. You will lead the leasing team, drive retention programs, and ensure excellent resident relations.

The role involves auditing lease files, developing annual marketing plans, and coordinating campaigns. Strong communication and on-site leadership are essential for success in this fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and marketing at the property and set leasing goals.
• Audit lease files to ensure policy compliance and accuracy.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and events.
• Supervise leasing team, train staff, and ensure effective closing procedures.
• Monitor marketing efforts to achieve budgeted occupancy and traffic.
