Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, partner with the Community Manager to set occupancy goals, and lead the leasing team to success. You will implement marketing plans, show units, close leases, and maintain resident relations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced team.

Formación

• Leasing management experience with budgeted occupancy targets.
• Ability to lead leasing and marketing teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of resident relations and retention.

• Maintain leasing and renewal processes; ensure occupancy goals.
• Lead on-site leasing team and conduct showings.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive traffic.
