Job summary

Capital Square Living seeks a Living Manager for The Quincy Apartments in Acworth, GA. You will coordinate leasing activities to meet budgeted revenue, occupancy, and retention goals, while leading a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a welcoming community.

You will collaborate with marketing, manage resident interactions, and monitor leasing data to optimize performance. Onsite at the property, with a focus on occupancy and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing/sales performance and managing operations.
• Experience motivating a team and delivering service excellence in a management role.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Numerical skills for financial/operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team to achieve occupancy targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with Community Manager to ensure smooth operations in their absence.
• Act as brand ambassador and maintain CS Living standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing to shape local leasing strategies and execute campaigns.
• Proactively engage residents to improve service and retention.
• Generate and monitor leasing reports, update availability data, and track leads.
• Ensure on-site inquiries are managed and show/rent-ready units are available.
• Oversee inspections, move-ins/outs, and notices per policy.
• Respond to questions/requests promptly to boost resident satisfaction.
