Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing and marketing efforts for our property. You will work closely with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop a strategic plan to meet occupancy targets.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing and marketing activities for the property.
• Set leasing goals with the Community Manager and develop a strategic marketing plan to achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Lead the leasing team to ensure effective showing, leasing, and move-ins.
• Audit lease files for policy compliance and accurate reporting.
• Develop resident retention programs and manage resident relations.

Education
