Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Onsite attendance is required, with duties including showing units, qualifying prospects, tours, and lease signings, plus completing all necessary leasing paperwork before move-in.

The role emphasizes customer service, marketing execution, and data maintenance to hit leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing paperwork needed before move-in.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Enforce community policies and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the property's image.
