Level 10 Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in St Paul, Minnesota, onsite only. The role focuses on guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, conducting property tours, and assisting with applications to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities include prompt inquiries responses, accurate paperwork, and maintaining records using Microsoft Office. Prior leasing or CRM experience is preferred, along with knowledge of housing regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Conduct thorough property tours highlighting key features and benefits of available units, with an emphasis on affordable housing options.
• Assist applicants in completing leasing paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations and policies.
• Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and application statuses using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs and support community engagement initiatives.
