ROUNDHOUSE COMMUNITIES LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Morrow Apartments in St. Paul, MN. The on-site, full-time role pays $25-$28 per hour with commissions and strong benefits, including medical plan, 401(k) match, and housing discount.

You will guide prospects from first hello to signed lease, aiming for occupancy goals and high resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming prospects, tours, processing applications, and maintaining records, while upholding Fair Housing laws

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to lead and collaborate with teams.
• Willingness to travel between properties occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome prospects, give tours, verify eligibility as first contact.
• Close leases and meet occupancy/renewal goals with strong closing ratio.
• Process applications, renewals, notices, move-ins/outs, and related tasks.
• Build resident relations and drive retention through responsive service.
• Walk the property daily to maintain model spaces and common areas.
• Maintain accurate CRM, resident, and vendor records.
