Job summary

Level 10 Management is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to support multi-site affordable housing portfolios in Minneapolis. You will handle inquiries, conduct property tours, assist applicants with leasing paperwork, and ensure compliance with housing regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will maintain accurate leasing records using Microsoft Office, collaborate with property management and maintenance teams, and strive to maximize occupancy and tenant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Conduct thorough property tours highlighting key features and benefits of available units, with an emphasis on affordable housing options.
• Assist applicants in completing leasing paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations and policies.
• Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and application statuses using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs and support community engagement initiatives.
