Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires showing units, qualifying prospects, tours, and signing leases, with daily onsite attendance.

The position emphasizes responding to leads promptly, maintaining traffic data, and upholding resident satisfaction through effective service and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and follow-ups; maintain model units.
• Complete leasing paperwork and conduct lease audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Provide customer service and address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
