Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property on Sullivan's Island. You will engage prospective residents, conduct tours, and process leases while maintaining accurate leasing data and supporting marketing initiatives.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, strong customer service, and adherence to policies to ensure resident satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to use on-site computer software and basic IT tasks.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show and tour property and sign leases.
• Process leasing paperwork and move-ins.
• Assist with lease audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate lead and leasing data and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts to increase community traffic and leasing goals.
• Handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
