Qualifications

• Must understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; sign leases.
• Maintain positive resident relations and handle inquiries.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and incident resolution.
