Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant in Mount Pleasant, SC to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires daily on-site presence and the ability to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

Responsibilities include completing all leasing paperwork, updating prospect data within 24 hours, and supporting retention programs. The package notes comprehensive benefits and full-time status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Regular/daily on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour, and move-in prospective residents; sign leases.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, tours, and unit turnover.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts to increase traffic and leasing performance.
• Handle resident concerns and contribute to retention programs.
• Assist in maintaining office, common areas, and model cleanliness.
• Assist in annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the community positively.
