Asset Living, located at 930 NoMo, Folly Beach, SC, is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. Regular onsite attendance is required to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

The role emphasizes closing sales, maintaining paperwork, and staying responsive to leads. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and the ability to use on-site software systems.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.
• On-site software functions should be understood and used effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lease property and complete applications.
• Attend the property daily on site as required.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Close sales through showings, tours, and follow-ups.
• Complete lease paperwork prior to move-in; assist with audits and unit turns.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and market surveys to drive traffic.
• Address resident complaints and support retention programs.
