Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a Fayetteville-area property. The role requires daily on-site presence, welcoming prospective residents, tours, and lease signing, with paperwork completed prior to move-in.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. The position offers full-time hours with a benefits package and on-site team support.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property leasing and administration duties on site.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance required.
• Show, lease, tour, and move in prospective residents and sign leases.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase property traffic and leasing goals.
• Respond to resident concerns and assist in retention programs.
• Enforce community policies and uphold a professional image.
